Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years in management consulting, PE, or a corporate strategy/bizops role at a top tech company.
• MBA from a top-tier business school, or equivalent military experience.
• Expertise in the Enterprise technology industry.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Structure and deconstruct complex business problems, develop hypotheses, drive analysis, and deliver recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information and co-create deliverables to accelerate execution.
• Develop and present executive-level presentations and documents outlining strategic findings.
• Model and visualize data to convert pipeline into actionable insights for executives.
• Support annual and quarterly strategic and business planning processes.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation to streamline GTM lifecycle activities.
• Familiarity with applying AI/ML to business processes and security solutions.
• Lead strategic projects, manage timelines, and ensure execution of key initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to associates and other leads.
