Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead, GTM to shape financial trajectory through rigorous planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops, and CS to deliver insights that enable TRM to scale efficiently while aligning with the GTM strategy.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience across investment banking, investing, consulting, or finance at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience supporting revenue-driving or customer-facing teams (Sales/Marketing/RevOps/CS).
• Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills.
• Clarity and polish in writing and presentations.
• Experience with planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting rhythms with GTM focus.
• Own budget vs actuals updates for GTM functions and related metrics.
• Develop board-ready materials and compelling financial narratives.
• Support top‑down and bottom‑up financial planning for 2026 and beyond.
• Build models and templates to inform GTM investment decisions.
• Drive strategic projects including pricing, packaging, and ROI analysis.
• Assist with investor reporting and fundraising activities.
