Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead, GTM, to shape our financial trajectory through rigorous planning, forecasting, and reporting across GTM functions. You will own bookings, ARR, pipeline, and headcount forecasts, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to deliver insights for growth and efficiency.

You will build dynamic models, develop board-ready narratives, and support top-down and bottom-up planning for 2026 and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience across investment banking, investing, consulting, or finance at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience supporting revenue-driving or customer-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, or CS).
• Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills.
• Clarity and polish in writing and presentations.
• Experience with planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Comfort with working independently and proactively driving outcomes.
• MBA a plus; degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting rhythms for GTM functions.
• Own budget vs actuals updates for GTM, identifying variances.
• Develop board-ready materials and compelling financial narratives for executives and investors.
• Support top‑down and bottom‑up financial planning for 2026 and beyond.
• Build models and templates to inform GTM investment decisions.
