OpenGov seeks a senior finance strategist to lead the GTM Finance & Strategy function. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, owning forecasting, reporting, and ARR metrics across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

You will build scalable financial models, drive long-range planning, and partner with executives to shape growth strategies. This role requires high rigor, ownership, and ability to communicate clearly with the CFO and GTM leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressively responsible strategic finance experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and ability to build scalable models from first principles.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing junior analysts and delivering rigorous analytics.
• Fluency with CRM data and BI tools; ability to communicate complex analyses to executives.

Responsabilités

• Own critical financial and operational analyses, forecasting processes, and business reporting across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Forecast topline performance ( bookings, capacity, retention) and link drivers to revenue outcomes; own analytical infrastructure.
• Maintain ARR reporting, CPQ data hygiene, GAAP revenue dynamics with cross-functional partners.
• Lead end-to-end P&L, including headcount, T&E, and complex compensation; manage budget vs. actuals.
• Drive strategic projects (long-range planning, GTM strategy, sales capacity, market analysis, exec-ready presentations).
• Develop and mentor Sr. Analyst; build trusted cross-functional partnerships with Sales, RevOps, CS, and CFO.
