Job summary

Sigma Computing is hiring a GTM Compensation Manager in San Francisco. You will own the end-to-end sales compensation process, ensuring accuracy, on-time payouts, and audit-ready documentation.

The role emphasizes automation, controls, and reporting across Finance, Revenue Ops, People and GTM leadership. The right candidate has 5+ years in sales compensation and a track record of influencing cross-functional partners, with familiarity in ASC 340-40 and modern comp tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on sales compensation administration at scale.
• Experience with consumption-based or hybrid plan models.
• Strong knowledge of quotas, accelerators, SPIFs and crediting rules.
• Ability to explain complex logic to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales compensation administration, from setup to payout submission.
• Spot anomalies before payroll and document exceptions for traceability.
• Investigate crediting errors and payout disputes; propose fixes to leadership.
• Support accruals and month-end close with ASC 340-40 awareness.
• Build controls and documentation; partner with Finance, Revenue Ops, People, Payroll and Legal.
