Job summary

Gong is seeking a GTM Compensation Leader to own end-to-end sales compensation strategy, design, and operations across the GTM org. You will lead a comp team, own the ICM/SPM platform, and partner with RevOps, Finance, and Field leadership to drive the right behaviors and ensure audit readiness.

Based in a major market such as NYC, Salt Lake City, Chicago or SF, you will translate strategy into scalable comp solutions, manage exception handling, and maintain governance to support rapid growth

Qualifications

Experience leading a SaaS/tech sales-compensation team.
Proven ownership of plan design and operational execution.
Strong collaboration with RevOps, Finance and GTM leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the design of sales compensation plans across segments (Sales, CS/RA, SDR, Partners).
Translate GTM strategy into compensation incentives that drive rep behavior.
Lead end-to-end comp operations: crediting, calculations, payouts, and audit trails.
Own ICM/SPM platform ownership: configuration, roadmap, vendor relationships.
Ensure ASC 606 compliance and alignment with accounting and controls.
Provide clear communications and rollout of plan changes to the field.
Build scalable governance and maintain a single source of truth for plans.
