Job summary

Intertek, a global leader in quality and safety solutions, seeks a GTM Operations Analyst to join the People Assurance team remotely. The role owns the quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle, including quoting, pipeline hygiene, billing, forecasting, and pricing, in close partnership with the Director of GTM Operations to keep Sales Ops and Revenue Ops running smoothly.

Researchers on the team will backfill a core seat and gradually take on a broader roadmap as the function scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable GTM function.
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
• Experience with quoting, discount workflows, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Familiarity with billing and revenue processes, forecasting, and EOM close.

Responsibilities

• Quoting & deal execution: generate quotes and manage discount workflows.
• Pipeline & CRM hygiene: maintain data integrity and serve as tech-stack SME.
• Revenue forecasting & billing: own billing schedules and revenue forecasting.
• Pricing strategy: support pricing analyses with the Director of GTM Operations.
• Executive reporting: own EOM reporting and finance alignment.
• BI contributions: support company-wide BI and data visualization across functions.
