Job summary

Netpace Inc is seeking an Operations Analyst contractor to support Revenue Operations across GTM, adoption & usage, and analytics. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations leadership to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights that drive revenue outcomes.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytically strong, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments. You will work on GTM support, adoption tracking, and reporting to enable data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Analytics.
• Strong reporting, dashboards, and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with go-to-market motions and revenue metrics.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM execution and CRM planning with accounts and territories.
• Document recurring questions and processes for self-service scalability.
• Track adoption and consumption metrics to identify trends and growth.
• Provide data-backed answers to questions from leadership.
• Analyze contribution and attainment across partner and solution areas.
