Job summary

Workstreet in the United States is seeking a hands-on GTM recruiter to hire the sales leadership and frontline sellers who will drive our security and compliance services business. You will own the full GTM recruiting lifecycle—from defining the hiring need through sourcing, assessment, offers and closing, in close partnership with Sales leadership.

You must have direct experience recruiting sales roles for a compliance or technology-enabled services business.

Qualifications

Hands-on GTM recruiting experience for sales and leadership roles.
Experience building pipelines and closing top commercial talent.
Ability to assess consultative selling and services delivery capability.
Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple searches with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Lead GTM recruiting for account executives, sales leaders, and related roles.
Define the role and success criteria with the hiring manager before starting the search.
Build candidate pipelines from compliance and tech-enabled services businesses.
Assess sales performance and potential in light of territory, quota and cycle.
Improve hiring decisions with structured interviews and work samples.
Own the process through start date and ensure smooth onboarding handoff.
Run reliable hiring forecasts and manage candidate status and dates.
