CareerAve is seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across sales, customer success, and marketing.

You will build outbound talent pipelines, act as a strategic advisor to executives, and ensure a data-informed hiring process. This hybrid role requires collaboration with leadership and fast-paced multi-role sourcing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an experienced contract GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across our sales, customer success, and marketing functions. You won't just post links and wait for inbound resumes—you will treat sourcing as a craft, build outbound talent pipelines from scratch, and act as a strategic advisor to our executive leadership. Talent Advisors go beyond just executing hiring requests. They understand the business, diagnose talent requirements, quantify tradeoffs, influence decisions.

This is a hybrid role- 2 days either in the Chicago or New York office.

What You’ll Do

• Own Full-Cycle Searches: Drive searches from initial profile calibration and creative passive sourcing to offer negotiation and closing for Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and GTM leaders.
• Build Passive Pipelines: Use targeted Boolean search, market mapping, and high-touch multi-channel outreach to engage top-performing, passive talent.
• Partner with GTM Leadership: Act as a trusted thought partner to our CEO and Sales/Marketing leaders to calibrate scorecards, streamline interview loops, and push back constructively when needed.
• Calibrate Revenue Fit: Evaluate candidates on actual numbers, past quota history, deal complexity, and technical fluency rather than just a polished resume.
• Drive Data-Informed Hiring: Maintain clean ATS hygiene (e.g., Greenhouse or Ashby), track pipeline conversion metrics, and spot bottlenecks early.

What You’ll Need

• Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle technical or commercial recruiting experience, with a proven track record of owning B2B SaaS or high-growth startup GTM searches.
• Sourcing Mastery: Exceptional ability to find, message, and convert passive sales and commercial talent.
