Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a GTM Recruiter based in the United States to own end-to-end recruitment for the go-to-market organization. You will partner with Sales leadership to attract and hire high-performing commercial talent across account executives, sales leaders, BDRs, SDRs, solutions engineers, and channel roles.

You will proactively source, structure candidate assessments, and manage offers and onboarding handoffs.

Qualifications

• Relevant recruiting experience sourcing and closing sales talent for compliance or technology-enabled services.
• Experience recruiting account executives and sales leaders across go-to-market functions.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling and the link between sales commitments and delivery capabilities.
• Ability to build qualified candidate pipelines via targeted outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
• Capability to assess sales performance and align candidates with commercial results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM recruitment for AEs, sales leaders, BDRs/SDRs, solutions engineers, and channel roles.
• Define hiring needs with Sales leaders and managers, and craft role requirements and assessment criteria.
• Build high-quality pipelines through targeted outreach and networks.
• Evaluate candidates' sales achievements, pipeline generation, and quota attainment.
• Implement structured interviews and work samples to assess consultative selling.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding handoffs; manage candidate engagement.
• Forecast hiring priorities and communicate risks; optimize recruitment processes with data.
