Ladders is seeking a Senior Recruiter - GTM to lead full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across sales, customer success, and related commercial teams. This remote role partners with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and drive efficient search execution.

You will leverage strong sourcing skills, data-driven decision making, and compelling outreach to attract top talent, while representing our mission and culture to candidates and improving recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in GTM roles like sales or customer success.
• Strong sourcing skills with a knack for compelling outreach.
• Experience using recruiting data to inform search strategies.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and leaders through clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for various go-to-market roles from sourcing to closing.
• Conduct kickoff and calibration sessions with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
• Identify and engage candidates through various sourcing channels, leveraging funnel data.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding pipeline health and recruiting timelines.
• Represent the organization to candidates, articulating the company mission and culture.
• Contribute to the improvement of recruiting processes and documentation.
• Develop offer strategies and manage the closing process for searches.
