Job summary

Socure is seeking a Head of GTM, Workforce to lead and expand our commercial footprint in HR tech, staffing, and background screening. You will own end-to-end sales initiatives, build a high-performing team, and drive bookings against aggressive targets.

Reporting to the CRO, you will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Account Management, and foster executive relationships with CHROs to shape GTM strategy for workforce risk solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise or SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing senior level GTM reps.
• Demonstrated quota achievement and revenue growth in HR tech, staffing, or workforce-focused environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking, analytical storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of HR tech, staffing, and background screening markets, including buyer personas and procurement cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for the Workforce vertical including HR tech platforms, staffing and background screening providers, and payroll/HRIS companies.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing GTM team focused on new logos and expanding existing relationships.
• Oversee end-to-end sales lifecycle: pipeline, forecasting, negotiations, closing, and post-sales handoff.
• Establish clear goals and metrics; drive team performance to achieve revenue, bookings, and market share targets.
• Cultivate relationships with CHROs and HR leaders to understand needs and deliver compelling solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Account Management to align GTM strategies and campaigns for Workforce clients.
