Atoms is seeking a GTM Recruiter to scale customer-facing and operational teams across sales, marketing, account management, and operations. You will own the full-cycle process, build robust pipelines, and partner with leaders to align hiring plans with deployment timelines.

You will use data to improve funnel performance, raise hiring standards, and articulate Atoms' mission to candidates with energy and credibility. This role is based in Los Angeles and requires in-person collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 2-6 years of recruiting experience focused on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Ops, etc.).
• Ability to run fast, high-quality searches in a growing or ambiguous environment.
• Strong business partner capable of influencing GTM and Operations leaders.
• Confident communicator with pitch ability and strong candidate engagement skills.
• Highly organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable prioritizing multiple searches at once.
• Mission-focused operator who thrives in high-velocity environments and scaling deep tech teams.

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM and operational roles across multiple teams and markets.
• Partner with GTM and Operations leaders to define ideal candidate profiles and align hiring plans with deployment timelines.
• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines through sourcing, outbound engagement, and market mapping.
• Use data to assess funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and raise the hiring bar.
