You will partner with Recruiting, Workplace, Travel, and IT to improve efficiency and candidate satisfaction. The position is based in Los Angeles, with a base salary range reflected in the posting: $87,000 to $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, event operations, or related roles.
• Experience managing candidate travel and on-site logistics.
• Strong proficiency with Greenhouse, GoodTime, or similar recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end candidate on-site experience, ensuring interviews are organized, high-touch, and logistically seamless.
• Schedule and coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder interviews across our global team and multiple time zones.
• Manage candidate travel and visit logistics — transportation, lodging, office access, meals, and day-of coordination.
• Plan and execute recruiting events, candidate engagement activities, and other in-person recruiting experiences.
• Partner with Recruiting, Workplace, Travel, IT, and vendors to resolve operational issues and continuously improve the candidate experience.
