Job summary

AssemblyAI is hiring a GTM Recruiter to scale our sales, marketing, and customer success hiring globally. You will own a portfolio of GTM roles from intake through close, sourcing proactively, and using AI-driven approaches to accelerate progress.

The role requires experience with high-volume GTM hiring in a fast-growth B2B SaaS environment, and familiarity with ATS like Greenhouse. You will partner with hiring managers to refine role profiles, run structured interview loops, and craft

Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with significant GTM experience in B2B SaaS/ developer-tools.
Experience hiring at volume (25+ GTM hires/year) across levels from SDR to senior AE.
Strong passive sourcing skills and comfort with AI tools to accelerate recruiting.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for 5-6 GTM roles at a time from intake to close.
Source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and AI-assisted tools.
Lead candidate outreach, screen, and coordinate with hiring managers in Greenhouse.
Manage offers end-to-end including OTE and commissions discussions.
Maintain clean, accurate funnel data in Greenhouse.
Deliver fast, transparent, human candidate experiences.
Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to calibrate roles and run interview loops.
