United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, GTM Technology, to lead cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance. The role drives end-to-end delivery of lead-to-cash initiatives in an AI-native environment with a fast-growing, high-expectation team.

You will coordinate multi-team efforts, surface risks early, and provide concise executive updates, shaping the future of the company’s GTM tech stack and processes as we scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or a related role.
• Experience leading GTM systems programs (quote-to-cash, CRM, CPQ, or billing).
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Business Technology's most strategic lead-to-cash programs, from planning through launch and retrospective.
• Align cross-functional program teams on scope, sequencing, and milestones for programs spanning CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and CPQ.
• Coordinate delivery across GTM systems and integrations teams to keep programs on plan.
• Surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early, driving decisions with the right owners.
