Job summary

Higgsfield AI is seeking a GTM Engineer to build, customize, and connect business systems that power our go-to-market organization. You’ll work across Ironclad, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, and n8n to streamline contract management, automate revenue workflows, and ensure reliability as we scale.

You will partner with RevOps, Sales, and Legal to translate business needs into scalable workflows and durable integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or related tech ops role.
• Hands-on with Ironclad, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce and n8n.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs and OAuth.

Responsibilities

• Own customization of contract workflows and data in CRMs.
• Build and maintain API integrations and automated workflows.
• Monitor data freshness, email deliverability, and troubleshoot failures.
• Define data freshness SLAs and remediation for sync issues.
• Enforce email deliverability policies and data accuracy.
• Document integrations and system architecture for maintainability.
