Job summary

Peec AI in New York is seeking a GTM Engineer to build automated lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound workflows for the US market. This on-site role is based in our New York office and focuses on scalable campaigns across multiple channels.

Candidates should have 2+ years in GTM engineering or RevOps at a B2B SaaS company, and be hands-on with Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier, and n8n, with Python or JavaScript to extend no-code tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps automation, or a technical growth role in B2B SaaS.
• Able to scope messy, multi-source data problems and ship usable tools for sales.

Responsibilities

• Build the GTM flywheel across outbound, inbound, ABM, and sales workflows.
• Design automated lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and multi-channel outbound sequences; launch 3–5 scalable campaigns monthly.
• Turn website and content engagement into outbound triggers and AE follow-up workflows.
• Own the full GTM tech stack: email deliverability, HubSpot workflows, data cleanliness, attribution.
