Job summary

HYPR, the Identity Assurance Company, seeks an AI & Automation Specialist to build AI-powered tools for GTM teams in a hybrid NYC role. You will deliver automation across outreach, reporting, and internal workflows, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to improve efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations/RevOps, growth, or a related GTM function.
• Demonstrated builder instinct with concrete automation or tooling improvements.
• Genuine, hands-on fluency with AI tools to build and automate.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and turning vague problems into scoped fixes.
• Strong documentation and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar GTM platforms is highly desirable.
• Basic scripting comfort (Python or JavaScript) for API connections and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and lightweight tools to improve GTM efficiency.
• Prototype and ship internal AI applications and agents used by GTM teams.
• Optimize AI-assisted workflows for sales outreach, including sequencing and personalization at scale.
• Own and improve automations within HubSpot and campaign operations.
• Build reusable templates and workflows that scale across campaigns and teams.
• Support reporting and attribution by automating data pulls, dashboards, and analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to document what you build for reuse.
