Navan, the global AI-powered travel and expense platform, is hiring a People Success Partner for its GTM org. You will partner with GTM leaders, coach senior executives, and design scalable global people programs to drive performance and retention.

You’ll lead organizational design, succession planning, and global compliance while using people data to inform talent strategy across US, Europe, and Asia.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HR/People Business Partner experience in tech/SaaS, supporting GTM teams.
• Experience advising SVP/VP-level executives.
• Proven ability to design and scale global people programs.
• Strong analytical skills to pair talent with revenue metrics.
