You will coach senior leaders up to SVP level and drive organizational excellence, scaling global people programs and navigating international compliance while fostering a high-performance culture.

You’ll partner with GTM teams to align talent strategies with revenue goals, lead change, and deliver data-driven insights that improve retention and engagement

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience supporting global GTM organizations (AEs) in tech/SaaS.
• Executive presence with ability to influence SVP/VP-level executives.
• End-to-end People programs design and organizational transformation expertise.
• Data-minded approach using talent and revenue metrics to boost engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Strategic GTM Partnership: act as the primary People partner for GTM, aligning talent with revenue goals, productivity, and headcount planning.
• Executive Coaching & Advisory: coach SVP-level leadership on organizational design and team dynamics.
• Global People Programs: design, implement, and scale programs including performance management and global compensation alignment.
• Career Pathing & Talent Development: build clear career paths and competency frameworks for GTM professionals.
• Change Management: lead organizational design changes, territory restructures, and strategic shifts with minimal disruption.
• HR Excellence & Compliance: navigate multi-regional employment laws and compliance with Legal and local HR teams.
• Data-Driven Insights: use people and revenue data to identify trends and optimize engagement.
