Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a People Operations Partner GTM to advisory- partner to ~10 senior leaders across US, LATAM, and APAC. You will lead employee relations, performance, compensation, talent, and org design while shaping scalable people programs for a 250-person workforce.

In a fast-growing SaaS environment, you will collaborate with a distributed People team to drive performance management, manager enablement, and succession planning, balancing business needs with people practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, including at least 2 years supporting Sales/GTM or broader commercial orgs.
• Experience advising Directors, VPs, and/or C-level leaders in a scaling organization.
• Strong practical knowledge of employee relations, performance, org design, talent mgmt, and people strategy.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience coaching senior commercial leaders through performance, development, org changes and difficult conversations.
• People operations experience with US multi-state employment matters and familiarity with regional requirements.
• Ability to build, interpret, and apply people analytics and dashboards to influence decisions.
• Excellent communication, coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial, CX, and Finance/Ops leaders to translate business priorities into practical people strategies and actions.
• Coach senior leaders through organizational design, talent, performance, employee relations, and other people decisions.
• Provide support on complex employee matters while coordinating with People Operations.
• Lead core HR cycles, including compensation and promotions, with data-driven insights.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on headcount planning, role definitions, and hiring prioritization.
• Manage relocation, terminations, and compliance across US states.
• Analyze attrition and ramp metrics to identify risks and opportunities for proactive action.
• Lead change management and communication for company-wide People initiatives.
