Job summary

WeTravel is seeking a People Partner to own the full people partnership for our GTM organization—Commercial, CX and Finance/Ops—across the US, LATAM, and APAC, supporting roughly 10 senior leaders and 250 WeTravellers.

This high-visibility role works cross-functionally to build programs, shape org design, and drive performance management, compensation and talent decisions company-wide. It requires strategic partnering and hands-on delivery in a hyper-growth SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRBP experience, incl. 2+ years supporting a Sales/GTM or commercial group.
• Advising Directors, VPs, and C-level leaders in a scaling SaaS/tech organization.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management and org design.
• Ability to coach senior commercial leaders and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial, CX and Finance/Ops leadership to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Serve as the primary People advisor to GTM leaders and managers, coaching them through organizational, talent, and employee decisions.
• Provide direct support to employees on complex or sensitive people matters with People Operations support.
• Advise leaders on compensation and promotions using data and context for consistent decisions.
• Partner on headcount planning, role scoping and hiring strategy with Talent Acquisition.
• Own compliance calls on relocation, terminations and multi-state employment matters.
• Use people data and org metrics to spot trends and propose proactive solutions.
• Drive change management and communication for company-wide People initiatives.
• Offer an independent people perspective to leadership decisions, balancing business and people needs.
