ZipHQ, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a trusted adviser for NAMER Sales, Marketing, and Customer leadership, shaping org design and performance initiatives.

The role requires balancing strategic HR with practical coaching and strong GTM knowledge to impact cross-functional teams. You will own end-to-end people initiatives in GTM, partner with Rewards, People Ops, and TA, and drive talent programs from design through execution.

Qualifications

• HR business partner with GTM experience at a high-growth tech company.
• Ability to own projects end to end.
• Strong org design and leveling experience.
• Credibility with sales audiences and GTM leaders.
• Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on coaching.
• Experience handling sensitive employee matters and risk.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end people partnership for NAMER go-to-market functions.
• Partner with Total Rewards, People Ops, and TA to align GTM talent strategy.
• Lead GTM talent programs from design to execution.
• Coach managers on performance, development, feedback, and team building.
• Incorporate GTM context into broader People programs and policy.
• Navigate complex employee relations matters with sound judgment.
• Support GTM hiring strategy, leveling calibration, and candidate experience.
