Job summary

Logoslabs is seeking a highly analytical GTM Strategy and Operations Manager to own data, AI workflows, systems and operating processes that govern pipeline from opportunity creation through close, handoff and renewal. This is a hands-on builder role at the intersection of GTM Operations, analytics and GTM Engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GTM Operations, Revenue/Sales/Customer Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Advanced analytical ability with data models, metrics and dashboards.
• Strong Salesforce proficiency across data modeling, automation, reports and governance.
• Hands-on forecasting experience with Clari and forecast‑accuracy analysis.
• Experience building AI‑enabled workflows using low‑code tools and APIs.
• Knowledge of governance, data security and metric lineage.

Responsibilities

• Own analytical foundation for pipeline through renewal, including data model and dashboard architecture.
• Build reporting for pipeline coverage, win rate, deal size, forecast accuracy and renewal risk.
• Create views across region, segment, product, source and cohort with root‑cause analysis.
• Establish data‑quality monitoring and governance across Salesforce, Clari and related sources.
• Deliver decision‑ready pipeline, forecast and renewal narratives for leadership.
• Design, build and operate AI workflows for opportunity hygiene, risk detection and renewal signals.
• Connect AI capabilities to Salesforce, Clari, Copilot via low‑code tools and APIs.
• Define prompts, outputs, evaluation criteria and human oversight for accuracy.
• Own closed‑won handoff to Implementation and Customer Success.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design and adoption measurement.
