Job summary

On The Stage (OTS) seeks a GTM Operations Manager to own the reliability and coherence of the GTM tech stack across Marketing, Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Support. You will map the full stack, reduce friction, and evolve the roadmap to unlock new operational capacity for the GTM team.

You will maintain documentation, build dashboards, and ensure data fidelity across HubSpot, Salesforce, and related tools, delivering scalable processes for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or closely related function.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus among senior, cross-functional stakeholders and translate into a clear program plan.
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, including administration and integration management.
• Ability to trace data through complex systems and maintain data quality across platforms.
• Strong documentation instincts and ability to translate technical realities for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Map the full GTM tech stack and data flows to visualize end-to-end journeys.
• Audit day-to-day workflows and identify friction, duplicates, and missing visibility.
• Own a living GTM tech stack roadmap and advocate for investments to increase capacity.
• Maintain integration health and ensure a single source of truth across Marketing, Sales, and CS.
• Build dashboards and lightweight tools to surface critical information to the right people.
