Job summary

RevenueCat is seeking a GTM Operations Manager to own end-to-end GTM workflows, focusing on lead sign-up to lifecycle execution and data quality. You will enable data-enriched handoffs, productionize lifecycle programs with Marketing and Customer Growth, document workflows, and drive adoption.

You will build automation and AI-enabled processes to save time and improve data quality while maintaining connectivity across systems and monitoring workflow health.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations.
• Practical Salesforce experience with objects, relationships, fields, and data movement.
• Experience building in marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or Iterable.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and ability to explain impact and results.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical judgment, with ability to trace issues across systems.
• Ownership and follow-through with ability to drive problems to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own selected GTM workflows end-to-end from problem to rollout and ongoing improvement.
• Make lead and account handoffs dependable with data enrichment, routing, alerts, and visibility.
• Put lifecycle programs into production in collaboration with Marketing and Customer Growth.
• Document workflows, enable users, gather feedback, and drive adoption.
• Build automation and AI-enhanced processes that save time and improve quality.
• Maintain data connectivity across systems and monitor workflow health.
