Job summary

RevenueCat, Inc. seeks a GTM Operations Manager to build and improve workflows connecting our go‑to‑market teams. You’ll own end‑to‑end GTM processes, improve lead handoffs, and productionize lifecycle programs with strong data governance.

You’ll collaborate with Salesforce, Marketing, and Customer Growth teams, focusing on automation, AI, and measurable outcomes. This is a hands‑on IC role with independent ownership and a high bar for quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in GTM, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations.
• Practical Salesforce experience with data movement, objects, relationships, and flows.
• Experience building in marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Iterable).
• Experience building something useful with AI in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own selected GTM workflows end‑to‑end. Translate business problems into practical solutions and measure success.
• Make lead and account handoffs dependable with enrichment, routing, and alerts.
• Put lifecycle programs into production with audience definitions, triggers, and QA.
• Keep data connected and usable across systems; investigate stale records and syncs.
• Build automation that holds up in everyday use and monitor failures.
• Use AI to improve workflows and measure impact on time saved or quality.
• Document workflows and share knowledge to enable others.
• Make operational performance visible with consistent definitions and reports.
