Dexian is seeking an experienced GTM Operations Director to design and scale the operating model for partner-delivered and embedded solutions. You will drive predictable growth, improve efficiency, and ensure compliant execution across geographies and routes to market.

As the operational control tower, you will collaborate with Partnerships, Product, Sales, Finance, and Legal to enable scalable business growth and successful go-to-market motions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS Operations, Revenue Operations, or Partner/Channel Operations.
• Experience building and scaling complex GTM operating models.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, productivity, margins.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Partnerships, Product, Finance, and Legal.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Own GTM strategy and governance for partner and embedded solutions, including onboarding, co-sell, billing, and seller compensation.
• Streamline cross-functional processes and drive automation; define digital capability roadmap.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, forecasting, and business reviews to track growth and partner performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and Partnerships to enable offerings, pricing, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Ensure adherence to partner agreements, policies, regulatory requirements, and controls.
• Lead scoping, staffing, delivery governance, and performance management for partner-led and embedded solutions.
