Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a GTM Operations Director to build and run the operating model for partner-delivered and embedded solutions in a remote role.

You will align partnerships, product, sales, finance, and legal to ensure compliant execution and high-quality delivery across regions and routes-to-market. You’ll lead end-to-end operating models, governance, and cadences, plus create metrics and dashboards to drive predictable outcomes and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS operations, revenue operations, or partner/channel operations.
• Proven success designing and running complex GTM operating models with measurable impact.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with senior stakeholders across sales, partnerships, product, finance, and legal.
• Experience building metrics, dashboards, and rhythms for forecasting and performance management.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate complexity into executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operating model for partner and embedded solution motions (onboarding through execution, billing, and support).
• Run operating cadences (QBRs/MBRs), pipeline and forecast reviews, and program health reporting.
• Define governance for complex/non-standard deals and embedded constructs.
• Lead process, systems, and tooling improvements for GTM workflows with compliance and controls.
• Establish performance dashboards and use insights to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
