Job summary

Motive is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to shape strategic initiatives and improve performance across International and MCS Sales and Account Management. You will translate priorities into actionable plans, develop rigorous analyses, and partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams.

You will bring a data-driven approach to planning, forecasting, and operational improvement while influencing go-to-market effectiveness and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in business strategy, sales strategy, or sales operations.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize data into practical recommendations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Ability to align teams and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Excellent ownership, judgment, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic operations partner to leaders in a large, complex organization.
• Translate data into clear priorities, recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
• Build alignment with senior stakeholders and drive initiatives from planning to execution.
• Develop project plans and lead cross-functional programs across Sales, BI, Finance, and Marketing.
• Analyze performance, pipeline, capacity, and trends to surface opportunities and risks.
• Improve processes, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
