Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Worldwide GTM Specialist to accelerate adoption of Amazon WorkSpaces AI and agentic capabilities. You will define the vision, build scalable GTM motions, and partner with CIOs/IT leaders to drive measurable outcomes in enterprise environments.

Lead cross-functional programs, engage with executives, and develop repeatable plays to scale adoption of AI-enabled, governed cloud workspaces across customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working with Business Application Technologies including EUC, supply chain, contact center as a service, consumer data apps, encrypted communications, or related services.
• 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 7+ years of technology sales selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting or cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute GTM strategy for WorkSpaces AI and agentic solutions for high-value segments.
• Shape the narrative of agentic workspaces and AWS leadership in trusted environments.
• Engage with enterprise leaders to tie agentic capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
• Build and scale lighthouse engagements with early adopters and turn learnings into repeatable plays.
• Establish data-driven adoption measurement and optimize pilot-to-production deployment.
• Evangelize the agentic workspace vision through external thought leadership and internal AWS alignment.
• Coordinate field uptake of AI-focused sales plays to equip the sales org with repeatable value delivery.
