Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Worldwide GTM Specialist to accelerate adoption of WorkSpaces AI and agentics. You’ll define the GTM strategy, engage enterprise leaders, and scale lighthouse engagements into repeatable plays that demonstrate governance and productivity gains.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to articulate business value, drive adoption across industries, and shape the market for agentic cloud workspaces with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Go-To-Market, business development, or sales roles.
• Experience selling enterprise software and cloud services.
• Ability to articulate governance, security, and trust in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the GTM strategy for WorkSpaces AI and agentic solutions.
• Shape the narrative and position AWS as a leader in trusted, governed environments.
• Engage with enterprise leaders to map governance, security and compliance to business value.
• Build lighthouse engagements with early adopters and scale into repeatable plays.
• Develop fluency in WorkSpaces AI portfolio to tell integrated customer stories.
• Measure adoption and optimize the path from pilot to production-scale deployment.
• Evangelize the vision externally and align internal stakeholders around opportunities.
• Lead field uptake of AI-focused sales plays and enable the sales org.
