Job summary

AWS is seeking a Worldwide GTM Specialist to accelerate adoption of WorkSpaces AI and agentic capabilities. You will define the go-to-market motion, engage CIOs and IT leaders, and build scalable programs that drive early deployment and measurable outcomes across large enterprises.

You will craft compelling narratives for enterprise buyers, partner with cross-functional teams, and shape lighthouse engagements that demonstrate governance, security, and productivity gains in AI-enabled workspaces.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Business Application Technologies and enterprise software experience.
• 7+ years in GTM, business development, sales, or consulting.
• 7+ years selling to large enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the GTM strategy for Amazon WorkSpaces AI and agentic solutions—identifying high-value customer segments and driving early adoption.
• Shape the narrative around the future of agentic workspaces—position AWS as a trusted leader with governance and observability.
• Engage with enterprise leaders to articulate how governed cloud workspaces address trust, security, and compliance.
• Build and scale lighthouse engagements with early adopters, generating proof points and repeatable plays.
• Develop fluency in the WorkSpaces AI portfolio to explain how pieces fit for customers across industries.
• Establish data-driven measures to track adoption and optimize pilot-to-production paths.
• Evangelize the agentic workspace vision through thought leadership, events, and internal advocacy.
• Orchestrate field uptake of AI-focused sales plays and equip the sales force to deliver value.
