Amazon WorkSpaces is expanding into AI-enabled, agentic environments, and seeks a Worldwide GTM Specialist to define go-to-market motions, identify high-value segments, and drive adoption of AI‑enhanced WorkSpaces. Qualifications

• 7+ years of working with Business Application Technologies (EUC, Supply Chain, Contact Center as a Service, Consumer Data Applications, Encrypted Communications, and/or Communication Developer Services).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the GTM strategy for Amazon WorkSpaces AI and agentic solutions — identify high-value segments and build programs for early adoption.
• Shape the narrative around the future of agentic workspaces and position AWS as a leader in trusted environments with governance and observability.
• Engage enterprise leaders and partners to connect agentic capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
• Build and scale lighthouse engagements with early adopters and translate learnings into repeatable plays.
• Establish data-driven mechanisms to measure adoption and optimize the path from pilot to production scale.
