Job summary

IXOPAY is seeking a GTM Project Manager to bring payment technology products to market. In this remote role, you will coordinate product launches, align internal teams, and create enablement materials to drive customer adoption and business growth.

You'll own launch plans, track adoption, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to optimize GTM processes and ensure successful outcomes globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, Product Go-to-Market, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Program Management, or related role within B2B SaaS/tech.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional product launches or GTM initiatives from planning through execution and post-launch evaluation.
• Strong project and program management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute go-to-market activities for new products, features, and capabilities using IXOPAY's launch framework.
• Own launch timelines, readiness checklists, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination from planning through go-live and post-launch review.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Partnerships to align priorities and ensure teams are prepared for launch.
• Develop accurate positioning, messaging, pricing inputs, and launch communications with Product and Marketing.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and improve launch execution through structured planning and proactive communication.
