Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize product launch processes, coordinating between Product Development, IT, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure field readiness and successful commercialization. The role emphasizes project management, stakeholder coordination, and execution discipline.

The ideal candidate will drive repeatable GTM Launches, manage dependencies, and deliver executive updates while improving speed, adoption, and quality of launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, CS, or IS.
• 4–7 years of experience in Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Program/Project Management, or Product Operations.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the GTM product launch framework, including timelines, readiness requirements, templates, stage gates, and stakeholder accountability.
• Establish repeatable launch processes that scale across multiple release types and priorities.
• Coordinate launch activities with PDIT, Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Revenue Operations to meet milestones.
• Facilitate launch readiness reviews and execution checkpoints.
• Maintain the master launch calendar and manage dependencies across initiatives.
• Identify conflicts, resource constraints, and risks early.
• Ensure sales teams have information, tools, and materials for adoption and revenue generation.
• Coordinate launch communications across sales leadership and field teams.
• Maintain a single source of truth for launch status and milestones.
• Provide concise executive updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Escalate blockers and readiness concerns and drive timely resolution.
