Job summary

Jobber is building a fintech-powered payments backbone to help field-service businesses get paid, access capital, and monitor financial health. As Payments GTM Operations and Strategy Lead, you’ll coordinate Marketing, Sales, Support, Risk, Operations, Analytics, and Product to run a scalable go-to-market engine for the payments products.

This role reports into the VP & GM, Payments & Fintech and aims to accelerate revenue growth while improving customer value.

Qualifications

• Operating and strategy experience in scaling SaaS/Fintech
• Strong data instincts and analytics to measure impact
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across GTM teams
• Experience using SQL to manipulate large data sets is a plus
• Curious, proactive problem-solver with ability to thrive in ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Map and rebuild the end-to-end payments customer journey with cross-functional partners
• Experiment with incentives and other actions to boost payments adoption
• Define and own metrics for payments GTM and hold teams accountable
• Build deep relationships across GTM, Product, RevOps, Analytics, etc.
• Use data and qualitative insights to size opportunities, run experiments, and measure results
• Stay close to competitors and differentiators in vertical SaaS and embedded payments
