Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Product Manager to steer product development from concept through launch, ensuring profitability and client value. You’ll coordinate with marketing, sales, delivery, and leadership to prioritize initiatives and align with business objectives.

In this role you’ll build go-to-market packaging, develop pricing strategies, and create compelling business cases for new features. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum 10+ Years Relevant Exp
• Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience

Responsibilities

• Defines the approach and manages the process from product development to product launch with profitability focus.
• Owns and communicates a product roadmap with cost, delivery, and market positioning considerations.
• Develops go-to-market packaging and pricing strategies for new and existing products.
• Develops comprehensive business cases for new product functionality and investment prioritization.
• Leads collaboration across sales, IT, legal and marketing to define goals and pricing.
• Guides market research and strategic planning to shape the product roadmap.
