Job summary

Nelnet is seeking a GTM Launch Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness, customer adoption, and scalable execution.

The role requires 7+ years in GTM, product marketing, or related fields, with a strong focus on positioning, demand generation, and channels. This is a remote, full-time opportunity in the United States with Nelnet’s education technology and services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience designing and executing GTM for net-new products.
• Experience taking a product from pre-launch to market entry with a repeatable GTM approach.
• Strong understanding of positioning, demand gen, sales enablement, events, partnerships and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the integrated go-to-market strategy and launch plan with target audiences, messaging, and success metrics.
• Develop market positioning and buyer value propositions, enabling the sales motion.
• Drive market activation, demand generation, and channel mix to build qualified demand.
• Create sales enablement resources: objections, references, case studies, and RFP support.
• Translate feedback into GTM decisions and refine programs and channels.
• Scope and manage agencies and partners, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Define measures and rhythm to evaluate GTM performance and adjust as needed.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to build a scalable growth engine.
