Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in technical product management or marketing tech.
• Proven ability to translate complex goals into scalable data solutions.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Demand and GTM to gather requirements and activate data capabilities.
• Lead technical requirements for customer growth tooling and a next-best-action engine.
• Develop a tracking system linking GTM strategies to marketing funnel KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to integrate demand gen and GTM systems with automation.
• Balance business goals with technical feasibility to deliver scalable tooling.
• Analyze GTM operations to remove blockers and improve efficiency.
• Act as liaison between technical and non-technical teams on GTM adoption.
• Align marketing, product and revenue objectives with business leaders.
• Advise on targeting, opportunity identification, and lifecycle analysis.
• Provide leadership input on GTM tooling improvements.
