Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in technical product management, technical program management, GTM and/or marketing technology, data and analytics, sales technology, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience translating complex business objectives into scalable data and/or technical solutions and tooling.
• Highly proactive individual who can independently assess, structure, and execute on ambiguous problem domains and drive to outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems/sources, dashboards and analytics tooling (or related), commercial strategy, enterprise product management, product marketing, and sales enablement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities at all levels within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Demand and GTM team and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and activate priority data and tooling capabilities to scale growth priorities.
• Lead technical requirements and development for customer growth tooling, including a next-best-action engine and integrated demand and GTM capabilities.
• Develop a reliable tracking system tying GTM strategies to marketing funnel data for ongoing improvement.
• Identify opportunities to integrate demand gen and GTM systems and support AI-enabled growth motions.
• Balance business objectives with feasibility to deliver scalable tooling and GTM solutions.
• Analyze current operations to identify blockers and work to mitigate them.
• Act as liaison between technical and non-technical teams to align GTM and product adoption processes.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align marketing, product, and revenue goals.
• Provide feedback on customer targeting, growth opportunities, and lifecycle analysis for the Integrated Demand and GTM function.
