The Sr. Lead, GTM Growth Platforms drives data and tooling capabilities across Marketing, Revenue, and Product to power measurable outcomes at scale. This role blends deep data/technical expertise with martech and CRM experience, leading cross-functional collaboration and AI-enabled GTM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in technical product/program management, GTM or marketing tech.
• Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into scalable data/tech solutions.
• Proactive self-starter who can handle ambiguous problems and drive outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, dashboards and analytics tooling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation skills at all levels.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Demand & GTM teams and stakeholders to design and activate data/tooling capabilities.
• Lead requirements and develop for customer growth tooling, including a next-best-action engine.
• Develop a reliable tracking system to connect GTM and demand across the marketing funnel.
• Identify opportunities to integrate demand gen and GTM systems with automation.
• Balance business, customer, technical, and data feasibility to deliver scalable tooling.
• Analyze current demand gen and GTM operations to identify blockers and improve processes.
• Bridge technical and non-technical teams to align GTM and product adoption.
• Collaborate with leaders to align marketing, product, and revenue objectives.
• Support targeting, opportunity identification, propensity modeling, and lifecycle analysis.
• Interface with leadership to drive improvements around GTM tooling.
• Translate GTM opportunities into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform additional duties as required.
