Flywheel is hiring to lead our organic social, content engine, and go‑to‑market plans. You will own top-of-funnel content, design sequences that convert engagement into pipeline, and build the systems underpinning both. You will use our product to grow and create customer-facing case studies.

You will be measured on pipeline created, not posts published, and have the freedom to define the starting shape of the role. Equity options accompany a founding-team hire.

Qualifications

• You have built and shipped your own product or side project with real users.
• You are AI native in practice and automate data tasks yourself.
• You can write clearly with a distinctive voice; GTM writing is core.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social from content engine to top of funnel growth for Flywheel and founders.
• Design and run sequences that convert engagement into booked calls and pipeline.
• Own GTM system: lead qualification, ICP, taxonomy, routing, and attribution.
