Job summary

Pump is seeking a GTM Engineer to design, build, and scale outbound and enrichment workflows, sitting between sales, marketing, and engineering. You will own data hygiene and reporting across the funnel while advancing our GTM stack from the ground up.

You should have 2–6 years in GTM engineering or related roles, hands-on experience with Clay, HubSpot or Salesforce, and be proficient in Python/JavaScript with SQL.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, revenue operations, or technical sales/marketing ops.
• Hands-on experience with Clay, HubSpot or Salesforce, and at least one sequencing tool.
• Comfortable writing code (Python or JavaScript) and working with APIs and SQL.
• Builder's mindset: you ship fast, measure, and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automated outbound and enrichment workflows using Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot.
• Build lead scoring, routing, and intent-signal pipelines for focused account targeting.
• Write scripts and lightweight integrations connecting CRM, data providers, and product data.
• Use LLMs and AI agents to scale research, personalization, and list building.
