Job summary

Flywheel is hiring a Founding Marketer to own Flywheel's brand and growth, define positioning, channels, and the pipeline number.

You will build messaging for founders and GTM leaders, run go-to-market launches, and shape market talk about AI-native, founder-led GTM. You’ll own growth engine, demand gen, content, paid, SEO, events, and partnerships.

Collaborate with sales, measure funnel metrics, and iterate on experiments to turn winners into repeatable playbooks.

Qualifications

• Experience building a brand at an early-stage B2B company.
• Proven track record leading launches and sales enablement.
• Data-driven marketer who can prove funnel impact.

Responsibilities

• Own brand voice, positioning, and category POV across site, content, social, events, and sales materials.
• Build positioning and messaging for founders and GTM leaders; turn client results into case studies.
• Package new offerings and run go-to-market for each; shape market talk about AI-native, founder-led GTM.
• Lead growth engine activities: demand gen, content distribution, paid, SEO, events, partnerships.
• Instrument the funnel from first touch to closed revenue and own the metrics.
• Run experiments weekly and turn winners into repeatable playbooks.
