Job summary

Equi is seeking an Agentic GTM Lead to design and run a scalable go-to-market engine. You will own the system end-to-end, from strategy to pipeline, combining engineering and marketing to generate meetings and dollars.

You will orchestrate content, social, SEO/GEO, and outbound, and architect automation that ties them together. You should be a strong engineer with GTM instincts, capable of building, testing, and iterating across multiple experiments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated demand-generation experience across outbound, SEO/GEO, social, or content channels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the source of net-new demand-generation ideas for Equi: channels, angles, and experiments.
• Build, test, and kill ideas quickly with sound judgment.
• Own complex programs from conception through post-launch iteration.
