Nectar Social is hiring its first GTM Engineer to build the internal tools our sales and marketing teams rely on and to shape an outbound motion from the ground up. You’ll work on end-to-end systems that empower the team to move fast while maintaining quality.

You’ll develop frontend and data pipelines, integrate with LLMs, and prove with numbers what works. This role is foundational to our go-to-market strategy and growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• You've shipped internal tools used daily with measurable impact.
• Experience running outbound or growth experiments and can show impact.
• Strong opinions on effective outreach and how it has evolved.

Responsibilities

• Own internal tools from concept to deployment across teams.
• Define outbound plays and signals; ensure careful, founder-like outreach.
• Build systems using data signals, with reliable end-to-end pipelines and integrations.
• Lead growth experiments, measure results, and scale successful approaches.
