Job summary

SageOx is hiring a GTM Engineer in Seattle to own the customer-to-product learning loop and build demand engines for an early-stage AI product. The role blends hands-on engineering with content, community growth, outbound systems, and repeatable experiments to drive qualified signups and measurable traction.

Responsibilities include talking to founders and engineers, publishing content, running community marketing, and building AI-powered GTM infra. Local presence in Seattle is required.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience across software engineering, solutions engineering, technical marketing, or growth.
• Deep, hands-on fluency with AI and agent frameworks; experience building with AI models and AI coding agents.
• Ability to build automations, integrations, MCP-based workflows, analytics, and lightweight templates.

Responsibilities

• Own customer and market learning by talking to founders, engineers, product teams and mapping tools, communities, workflows, and search behavior around the ideal customer.
• Provide market feedback by engaging in social and community channels and surface insights to product and engineering.
• Create and publish content: posts, threads, short video, tutorials, demos, case studies, and positioning inputs from customer insights.
• Amplify founders by identifying opportunities on high-impact platforms and connecting them to target audiences.
• Lead community marketing: launches, influencer collaborations, hackathons, events, and local builder engagement in Seattle and SF.
• Build AI-powered GTM infrastructure: prospecting automation, lead scoring/enrichment, demos, lightweight integrations, MCP-based workflows.
• Wire CRM, data sources, and onboarding funnels; instrument activation and conversion signals; create repeatable playbooks.
• Run rapid experiments: hypothesis-driven tests across communities, content, integrations, partnerships, and outbound; measure and scale or kill.
